Fern Glazer has been working in a variety of editorial environments since 1997. It was then, after nearly a decade as a professional actress, that Fern decided to step off the stage and go behind the scenes. She began her journalism career as an editorial assistant and freelance writer at The Philadelphia Inquirer while earning a master's degree in journalism at Temple University. Her work led to a position as arts editor at the Philadelphia City Paper. She went on to a variety of arts-related editorial positions, including managing editor at Acoustiguide, a producer of audio tours for museums and historical sites, and publications editor at the Alliance for the Arts, an arts service organization. She draws on her diverse experience in her current role as a freelance writer and editor.
